For this reason, Swishy is designed to support clear disclosure that responses are generated by an AI-powered shopping assistant rather than a human representative, unless otherwise clearly indicated by the merchant.

We encourage merchants using Swishy to maintain transparent communication regarding the use of AI within their customer experience.

Merchant Control

Swishy operates as a software platform provided to merchants.

Merchants determine how the platform is configured, including the information made available to the assistant and the manner in which it is presented to customers.

Merchants remain responsible for:

• the accuracy of product information they provide;
• applicable consumer disclosures;
• compliance with laws and regulations governing their business;
• reviewing and maintaining the content made available to the AI assistant.

Swishy provides tools intended to support merchants in fulfilling these responsibilities.

Information Sources

Swishy generates responses using information made available by the merchant, which may include:

• merchant-approved user-generated content;

The quality and accuracy of responses depend on the information supplied by the merchant.

Limitations of AI

For this reason:

• AI-generated responses should not be interpreted as professional advice;
• product availability, pricing, promotions, and shipping conditions remain subject to the merchant's official information;
• merchants are encouraged to review and maintain the information used by the assistant.

Where appropriate, merchants may provide customers with access to human support.

Privacy and Data Handling

Swishy is designed with privacy considerations in mind.

Information processed by the platform is used solely for providing and improving AI-powered shopping assistance in accordance with applicable agreements and our Privacy Policy.

Swishy does not knowingly use merchant data to train publicly available foundation AI models without appropriate authorization.
